Somehow I missed this. An E-mail I received from Microsoft last week regarding the refresh of the Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone (CTP):
We’re happy to announce the immediate availability of the April 2010 update to the Community Technology Preview release of Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone 7.
This release provides 100% compatibility with the final version of Visual Studio 2010 that was released on April 12th. [Emphasis: Mine]

Well, that’s about it. For those who waited to install the RTM of Visual Studio 2010 because of this, you can now install it. (I still haven’t, if that makes you feel any better.)
